San Diego County Democratic Party’s Grassroots Organizing program, aka GO Team, mobilizes voters in CA-49.

Since their inception, they have trained more than 2,200 Neighborhood Leaders. These leaders contact and distribute voter guides to tens of thousands of voters in each election cycle. The GO Team centers around communities. Community Coordinators recruit and support their Neighborhood Leaders.

Coordinators from all over San Diego County got together for “The Scoop” on Sunday, July 29. This was an Ice Cream Social where participants shared the “real scoop” on their experiences in the recent Primary. In addition, they offered suggestions on how to win in the General Election.

The GO Team is currently recruiting Neighborhood Leaders. The advantage of being on the GO Team is that you help all endorsed Democratic candidates. In addition, you talk to Democratic-friendly neighbors and canvass when you want.

There are active GO Teams in every community in CA-49.  Come talk to people about Mike Levin! You will also distribute literature about him while canvassing.

To join the GO Team, go to Become a Neighborhood Leader and sign up for one of the excellent training orientations. You will then be on your way!  In order to participate, you need to be registered as a Democrat or No Party Preference.
