To regain a majority in the House, Democrats need a net gain of 23 seats in this November’s midterms. Los Angeles is safely blue, but several neighboring districts are close races. In order to win on November 6th, we need to turn out voters in record numbers.

To do this, volunteers need to phone bank and canvass for the candidates running in these competitive So Cal races!

The Persistence Picnic is free and open to the public. Food will not be served. Please bring a picnic lunch. A food truck will also stop by. The park has several bbq grills and a children’s play area. There is also a large open area for attendees to spread blankets and enjoy a day at the park.
