The CA-39 Action Council

The CA-39 Action Council is a consortium of Democratic, Progressive, and nonprofit group leaders committed to electing a member of congress who reflects the values and needs of California’s 39th congressional district. Collaborating on scheduled and impromptu actions, field and communication strategies, and more, the Council serves as a hub for flipping the 39th, a district Hillary Clinton won by 9% in the 2016 presidential election.
